UK bookings
Now that you've chosen your favourite tour, you can book up to ten people onto it. Your tour will be confirmed by email and you will be given a booking reference number (if the tour and flights are both available). We'll post your confirmation to you within three working days.

Overseas bookings
In many countries we work with General Sales Agents (GSAs). Where this is the case we will pass your details onto them and they will be your main point of contact and help you with your booking. See our Contact Us Page for a list of GSAs around the world. If we do not have a GSA in your country of residence, our UK office will be more than happy to assist.

Requesting a dossier

Dossiers are your bible!!! They will tell you everything you need to know about your chosen tour. To find our more, take a look at individual tours where you can download a dossier.

Finding your ideal tour

Use our Detailed Search Page to select the perfect tour for you. All you have to do is enter your specific requirements. If you already know the code of the tour you like, it's even easier - just enter the code into the tour code search, and click GO!

We like to give you a choice! For most of our tours, if you are from the UK or Ireland, we will include group flights. This means we will fly you as a group to your destination, and transfer you to your joining point.

If you are overseas or would prefer to book your own flights, you can book a 'Land Only' tour. This means you can book your trip without flights, and make your own way to the joining point. We will send your joining instructions to you around four weeks before departure.

A handful of tours have exceptional travel arrangements, such as a Eurostar hop for the Dordogne Discovery or an Edinburgh rendez-vous for the Norwegian Fjords & Polar Bears cruise.

Most tours are available with group flights. This means we have a block allocation of seats which will allow the group to fly together. The tour leader will meet you on arrival and take you to your hotel. Transfers are only included when travelling on the group flight. Remember to book your own transfers if not!

Occasionally it may not be possible to block enough seats for the whole group; when this happens, we will find you the best possible alternative. This may incur flight supplements which we will advise you of when you book.

If you want more time at your chosen destination, we can extend your flights. We will leave the extended days free for you to book your own accommodation. In some cases we can request this for you -for more information please see our Flights Page. Look out for tours where extensions are already available!
