For customers residing in the UK, Eire and countries where we do not have General Sales Agency representation the promotion runs from Wednesday 24th Jan 2007 until Saturday 31st March 2007. Book any tour to Africa by 31st March 2007, for departures during March and April 2007 and receive a voucher for £100 per person towards your next trip. We will also donate a further £10 per person towards the Mufindi Orphanage in Tanzania.
The £100 customer voucher must be redeemed by 31st December 07 and can be used for any trip departing through to 30 September 2008. It is valid for customers booking international departures from London (XL tours) and for customers joining the tour overseas on day 1 of the tour (Land Only tours).
Once the qualifying booking is made we will automatically send you a voucher, usually within one week of making the booking. The £100 voucher must be physically returned to Explore as part payment towards a new booking. It can not be used as part of the deposit payment; the deposit must be payable in full.
We regret that we cannot honour lost vouchers.

The voucher is only valid when the original booking reference and customer name is detailed. Each voucher can only be redeemed once against a new booking. The number of vouchers redeemed must not exceed the number of passengers booked on the original trip.
The qualifying regions are Egypt and Africa and includes all tours categorised in these regions on our website and brochures (but excluding Petra & Pyramids and Journey into Barbary).
£100 per person extends to adults and children booked on the tour.
The £100 voucher and £10 charity donation, are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
This promotion can also be used with 5% and 10% loyalty discounts. Any other discounts are discretionary. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
This promotion is available when booking direct with Explore and through UK travel agents.
Bookings must be made & firmed with deposit or full payment taken by 31st March 2007 to qualify for this promotion.

Customers redeeming a voucher on a tour that is subsequently cancelled will have their voucher returned to them to be used on a new tour. We will not return the voucher to customers cancelling their own trip.
If you would like to donate your £100 to the Mufindi Orphanage in addition to the £10 we donate, this can be arranged, simply tick the box on the voucher when booking your subsequent trip.
