School Adventures in Asia

Suggested adventures...

No continent can offer as much colour and variety as Asia. Its landscapes are as diverse as the cultures and tribes that inhabit them. In the towns, temples team with pilgrims and devotees and markets display exotic wares to the throngs.

Here more than anywhere we have the chance to get close to the local people; perhaps staying in a stilt house or hill village and travelling by train and tuk tuk. View landscapes of paddy fields, dense jungle, snow-capped peaks and forbidding desert and discover the real Asia with us.

What our customers said...

"My visions of China were those of a vast country steeped in history, culture and tradition: the formidable heritage handed down from its imperial dynasties, a society of Mao's teachings but emerging with strength into our century, the tribal diversty... and it did not disappoint."
Tim Brand has travelled with Explore 10 times.

"These last two weeks have been fantastic; an eye opener that I have enjoyed thoroughly. It has been a great opportunity to experience Thailand and its culture, giving students unforgettable memories."
R. Pearson, student, Barrow-in-Furness 6th Form College, Thailand 2006

"The trip was both cultural and challenging. Visiting some of the worlds most famous ancient sites, meeting some incredibly friendly and hospitable people, travelling through amazing countryside and pushing our endurance to the limits. The trip was well balanced and offered us a wide range of experiences, thanks must go to Explore for their organisation of the trip and to our guide, Marie Louise who calmly coped with a gaggle of school girls in a hectic country."
Teesside High School, China and Inner Mongolia 2005
