Almost all indigenous families in Guatemala use wood to cook, yet this is causing massive problems. Forests are felled and inefficient fires cost families time, money and their health. This amazing project is providing cleaner burning stoves which cut wood consumption by 80% - delivering environmental, economic and health benefits to the communities which need it most.

The heartlands of Cambodia, an area of outstanding natural beauty, were home to some of the worst atrocities of the Khmer Rouge era. Since the early 1990s, the people have had to work hard to rebuild their lives. We'll spend time working with one such community in Baray, as well as visiting the spectacular temples of Angkor and relaxing on the tropical coast.
