Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings made and deposit or full payment paid during the period 1st January to 29th February 2008 (for the tours in this promotion with departures in 2008) will go into the draw to win one of 15 flights (balloon or helicopter). Bookings out side of those dates will not be eligible.
  • The prize is for one person per winner, and the prize is for use on the tour on which the winner has booked only.
  • The actual prize will depend on the tour booked:
    • Balloon flights over the Masaai Mara on MW & KN.
    • Balloon flights over the Serengeti on EA, KU, TL, KZ, & KL
    • Helicopter flights over Cape Town on CP & LFC
    • Helicopter flights over Victoria Falls on OZ & BW
  • The prize is not transferable and can only be taken on the trip booked that qualified the winner for entry.
  • Flights are all weather dependent, but if it's not possible to fly, the winners will be offered Explore vouchers to an equivalent value.
  • If the winner wants to include their travelling companion on their flight, they may have to reserve a place in advance - please check with us as early as possible.
  • Winners should note that flights might have to be taken in place of other optional or planned activities (most are planned to take place in free time however).
  • If the winner cancels their trip for any reason there will be no alternative prize offered. If Explore cancels the trip for any reason the winners will be recompensed for the value of the prize flight.
  • Bookings can be made direct or through UK or overseas agents.
  • The draw will be made in the week commencing 3rd March 2008 and the winners notified as soon as possible after that.
