Travel Rwanda

Rwanda has been slowly coming back on the traveller’s radar and now there’s a chance to really explore this once war-torn country. Of course the obvious attraction is to go in search of the magnificent and rare mountain gorillas on a Rwanda gorilla safari and this is an experience you will never forget. To see these endangered species in their natural habitat is simply awe-inspiring, and the Virunga Conservation Area brings a diverse and verdant backdrop to this very special encounter.

Other highlights include a community visit to the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village where you can engage in local life, tradition and culture, discovering the majestic scenery at the twin lakes Burera and Ruhondo, and not forgetting a visit to the 1994 Genocide Memorial Site in Kigali.
