Winston Churchill called Uganda the ‘Pearl of Africa’ and it’s not hard to see why. Combining breathtaking natural beauty with some of the continent’s most inspiring wildlife, Uganda is also famed for the friendliness of its people.
The highlight of our holidays in Uganda is the chance to go gorilla tracking in Bwindi National Park: witnessing the endangered Mountain Gorilla in its natural habitat is a truly humbling experience.
Uganda hosts the highest concentration of primates on earth, so as well as tracking gorillas you can expect to find chimpanzees and various species of monkey, plus a host of other wildlife and birdlife.
Most of our holidays in Uganda also spend time at the source of the Nile, home to some of Africa’s best white-water rafting and the perfect tour ending for adrenaline seekers!
