My best holiday was when I travelled to Egypt for a cruise along the Nile followed by scuba diving in the Red Sea. For me, the remarkable aspect of the country is its diversity – home to ancient monuments that are truly impressive, as well as some of the best dive spots in the world.

One of the best places I have visited is the Isle of Iona which is off the Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides. The island is a magical place as it is so peaceful – the population of the island is around 200 and is today renowned for its tranquillity and natural beauty. It is a popular tourist destination and a place for retreats.

My dream travelling companion is Sir Ralph Fiennes; he is an inspiration to all. He decided he wanted to explore and travel on ground-breaking journeys - from the heart of Oman where he tried to find lost cities to walking across Antarctica, he has regularly been the first to reach amazing summits of human endeavour.
