Head of Operations
I’ve been lucky enough to have had many amazing holidays, but if I had to choose the very best it would have to be sleeping in a glass igloo under the most amazing starry sky in Patagonia. The igloos were scattered in the middle of nowhere on the edges of Lago Argentino. We arrived at night and it all felt very magical, like a wonder-land. It wasn’t until the following morning that we realised we had the most spectacular views of the Perito Moreno Glacier too.
Of all the countries I’ve visited Brazil has to be the one I’ve fallen completely in love with. I love the relaxed and happy nature of the Brazilians, their music, their food, the other-worldly rainforests and the beautiful beaches.
I’d love to introduce my baby son to the amazing world of adventure travel and take him to South East Asia. I’d like him to experience the colourful markets and taste the spicy street food (I hope his health visitor is not reading this!)
ps – one little travel tip, pack a pot of Tiger balm (it has to be the green one, sourced in northern Thailand) - it cures just about everything, from headaches to stiff necks and mosquito bites.
