I have travelled all over Africa and just love it, everything about it! As a continent it seems to me that Africa has so much to offer – the variety of the wildlife, the landscapes and coastlines, plus of course the array of local tribes and cultures, many hardly touched by tourism.
One of my favourite places in the world has to be Victoria Falls, on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The majestic waterfalls, the gorge and the wildlife are absolutely out of this world and the activities are so exhilarating – I can still feel the adrenaline if I think of rafting on the Zambezi rapids. And the cruise to observe wildlife at close range or the helicopter flight above the falls really took my breath away.
I love travelling and I love a challenge, so next on my wish-list is the highest mountain in my favourite continent - Mount Kilimanjaro.
