City is traditional and modern at the same time
People planning to take an adventure holiday in Europe may be interested in paying a visit to the Croatian city of Dubrovnik, as it an 'historic [and] cultural giant'.
Polly Humphris, writing in the Daily Mail, noted that the city "proudly clings to its traditions" but is also transforming into a modern destination for those on adventure holidays.
Some activities in which people can take part in and around Dubrovnik include watersports, such as windsurfing and kayaking, while the area is also great for people planning cycling holidays.
Ms Humphris also noted that a top experience in Dubrovnik is "gazing out across the perfectly clear, emerald sea with an old brigantine ship to [their] left and Dubrovnik's majestic walled Old City to [the] right".
The fantastic views, beautiful climate and great opportunities for adventure holidays make Dubrovnik an increasingly popular destination in what is undoubtedly and increasingly popular country.
