For people hoping to discover exciting locales for their next adventure holiday abroad, the Indonesian island of Bali could be a perfect choice.
There are plenty of great things to do in Bali, but beyond that, the destination has a certain allure that people will not find elsewhere, according to one travel expert.
Sanjay Sondhi, chief executive of hospitality brand OM Tourism, said: "The mystical allure of Bali seduces the heart and soul alike.
"Bali is as much about spirituality and tranquillity as it is about romance and sensuality, adventure and shopping, from the beaches in Lovina - where one can swim with the dolphins, to the rice fields gently sloping in hillsides in Ubud."
He also highlighted the island's "pristine" beaches in Nusu Dua along with its many chic bars and restaurants in Seminyak and Jimbran.
Beyond these ample trappings, holidaymakers will also be able to learn more about the spirituality of the island at the sacred temples at Tanah Lot and the iconic Ulluwatu.
