People planning an activity holiday to Arizona are sure to enjoy the state's "natural beauty".
According to Carol Field, writing for The Sun, the landscape of the Arizona desert can be enjoyed in full by hot air balloon.
She wrote: "A balloon flight was our introduction to the wonderful landscape of the Sonoran desert just outside Phoenix and our base, the smaller desert town of Scottsdale.
"As the sun rose, our balloon soared to more than 6,000 ft and we thrilled to the roar of the burn, then peaceful silence as we drifted in the winds."
Thrillseekers heading to Arizona for an activity holiday may also be interested to hear that during her trip, Ms Field also enjoyed a Pink Jeep Tour.
During the tour, the Jeep driver took the passengers to over bumps and eventually took them to "the roundabout", where there were sheer drops and only just enough room for the vehicle to pass through.
