People considering a trip to Morocco can enjoy both the beach and the city
Morroco holidays offer the opportunity for tourists to enjoy both the city and the beach, which may be of interest to those wanting to get the most from their visit.
Sean Hamilton, writing for The Sun, has revealed that he spent a few days in Marrakech, after which he went for a beach holiday in Agadir.
Mr Hamilton noted that he had been unprepared for what Marrakech had to offer.
He wrote: "Nothing can prepare you for the madness of the Jemaa el-Fna "big square" in the centre of town.
"In the daytime, it's full of snake charmers, henna tattooists and orange juice salesmen. By night the food stalls are fired up, the bongo drummers kick in and it starts to feel like Glastonbury or a mad medieval fair."
While Mr Hamilton sampled some spicy sausage, the more adventurous traveller may like to sample another delicacy - goats head.
Beaches that could be visited after a city break in Morocco include Taghazout, Aghroud and Imiouadar.
