What was the highlight or most memorable moment of your tour?
Most memorable moments was the rain, 10 punctures,other bike problems. Granada, Cordoba & Seville spectacular cities. The ride into the desert would have been spectacular if we had been able to see past the rain & low cloud. Loved the cave hotel & also the one in Granada. Some of our party did not have en-suite facilities here which was annoying. We stayed on an extra night at La Suecia and found that our breakfast on this day was better than the previous 2 nights. Can only conclude that Explore had driven the price down for the group! The hostal in Cordoba was also very good, probably the best breakfast here. Overall felt that too much had been crowded into the tour.
How was your Explore Tour Leader?
Boris was great, spent most of his time mending bikes & moving bikes & luggage in and out of van & coach.
What tips would you give to someone else booking this tour?
Extend your holiday either side of this tour to get a more relaxed feel to the cities visited. Include cold weather cycling gear.

Re-organise this tour of these fabulous cities to make cycling & sightseeing less rushed.

It was interesting to read your comment regarding the breakfast. As far as we were aware, our customers were receiving the same treatment as other guests in the hotel. Our Operations Manager has queried this with our local agent for their action.
