Thank you for your review.  It is great to read the variety of wildlife you saw while on our tour. We can imagine the view from the balloon must have been wonderful which added to the many memories you came home with of your trip.

We have noted your comment regarding how you thought the trip was fast paced. We have informed our Operations Manager who suggests if customers want some relaxation time, they are more than welcome to sit out of one of the game drives. We appreciate that we do stay in several locations, however the accommodation we use is of a good standard for this tour and you get to appreciate the different surroundings.

Thank you for your comments about our Tour Leader. We are disappointed that you thought he lacked local knowledge. Each tour leader must have a first trip to a new area within a season as it would be impractical for them to continue with the same tours year after year.  In preparation, they have considerable briefings which, combined with the benefit of experience from previous leaders in the form of a comprehensive tour manual which carries a wealth of detailed pre-prepared background information, ensures they can carry out their responsibilities of facilitating the smooth running of the tour effectively. The main role of a tour leader, as we state in our Pricing and Information supplement, is not one of a courier or guide, but that of an organiser checking the logistical arrangements for the tour and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
