Being the leading adventure operator in Europe means we're already in a strong position to fill the quota for each tour, however we also appreciate that our customers want to see the more likely departures if, for instance, they are booking their own flights and joining us abroad.

What do we mean by guaranteed departures?

We guarantee that the advertised "Land Only" itinerary of these holidays will not be cancelled or significantly changed unless we are forced to do so by "force majeure" as defined in our booking conditions.

This means there is no minimum group size for these departures and we will not cancel for any commercial reason.

This guarantee does not apply to international or UK domestic flights, which may be subject to change or cancellation in accordance with our booking conditions.

We'd love to say that all 400+ Explore tours are guaranteed to run every time - but we have to be realistic and clear, so look out for the Guaranteed Icon when checking the dates and prices on our website or ask our sales team when you ring on 0845 013 1539 (if you live in the UK).
