On 31 May Ashley Toft - Explore’s Managing Director – is embarking on an epic cycle ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats to raise awareness and funds for the charity Bipolar UK.

There have been a couple of occasions in the Explore office when Operations Manager Rohan Prakesh has treated everyone to some of his famous cooking. His creations are so good that we thought it only fair to share one of the recipes with you.

September 18th is Chilean Independence Day and to celebrate Explore PR Officer Stella Brown is sharing one of her favourite Chilean recipes with you - the humita.
