Call us for more information. When to TravelThe north of Spain is known for its continental climate, with more chance of seasonal extremes and a higher probability of rainfall than the rest of Spain. In Galicia, the Atlantic climate is predominant. Weather is generally very mild during May to September with daytime temperatures reaching the mid 20°C during the day and, depending on altitude, between 10 and 17 degrees at night. Close to the Mediterranean, daytime temperatures are usually between 22-30 degrees in the walking season of May to October and pleasantly cooler during the night, when temperatures can drop to 15-20 degrees. May tends to be a little chillier but sunny. Rainfall is usually more prominent in winter and early spring months. |
