General Competition Terms & Conditions

• All Kids Will love submissions must be made by midnight (GMT) on 28th February 2011
• Winners will be drawn at random from all Kids Will love submissions made and winners notified by 10th March 2011
• The first prize on offer is a choice of any Explore Family adventures small group tour, up to a total value of £3000. If a tour of higher value is chosen, the winner must pay the additional cost.
• There are 5 runners up prizes of a subscription to National Geographic Kids Magazine.
• The prizes are not transferable, amendable or redeemable for cash.

First Prize holiday Terms & Conditions

• The prize on offer is any Explore Family small group adventure, based on a total booking value of £3000.
• The prize holiday is subject to availability and must be taken before the end of December 2011.
• The chosen tour must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to departure
• Additional travellers can be booked on the trip through Explore’s standard booking procedures and at the published rate, subject to availability
• The total prize value includes the basic tour price as published on the Explore website (www.explore.co.uk) at time of booking
• Holiday inclusions: flights and ground transfers (if required), accommodation, some meals, the services of a tour leader, local guides, drivers and other support staff as necessary as detailed in the trip itinerary – available on our website.
• The prize value will not include costs of visas, optional extras, inoculations or insurance (NB: travel insurance is mandatory on all Explore tours)
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
• If the prize tour (meaning the full run of tour departures within the offer period) is cancelled for any reason by Explore, the winner can transfer to a new available tour of a comparative value, but a cash alternative will not be offered. If the chosen and booked departure date is cancelled by Explore then the winner can transfer free of charge to a new date. However, if the original booking is cancelled by the winner, any transfer will be solely at Explore’s discretion
• The winner can extend their tour prize or combine it with another tour, when they pay any extra or additional costs.
• Age restrictions apply. The minimum age for our family adventures tours is 2. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum age for all tours is 79, unless travelling with a companion under the maximum age.
• Full booking conditions apply and are available on explore.co.uk or in Explore brochures.
• The competition is not open to employees of Explore, or their friends or family, or those of any associated companies.
