The Customer Relations team are here to support you once you return from your trip. We can be contacted by phone, post or email, and the team will take time to review your feedback, queries or concerns.
We work closely with our Operations and Product teams to ensure that customer feedback is shared with our local agents, Explore Leaders and relevant teams across the business so that we can make adjustments, or improvements, where necessary.
In addition to handling feedback about our customers’ recent trips, the Customer Relations team have also played key roles in reuniting a child with her lost teddy bear and even putting a pair of customers in touch who wished to travel with each other again!
