I started as a tour leader for Explore in 2012 because I love the different cultures I get to experience as part of my job, as well as teaching and learning different languages and meeting new people. As a tour leader, it’s important to have the confidence to lead people from different countries and cultures. I love the different questions I get asked from my clients, as they help to improve my knowledge and skills.
My everyday life is pretty simple. If I have a tour, I keep very busy at work. On my days off, I spend time at home, reading, watching TV, helping my mom, playing games, and spending time with my sisters and my friends. I also like to catch up on sleep! I love traditional Burmese food, which consists of (mild) rice and curries.
Travellers coming to Myanmar can definitely look forward to friendly hospitality and the smiling faces of our people. Bring your own smile, be respectful to our culture, and you will definitely be respected in return!
