When you book a tour with us, you have the option to include flights arranged on your behalf. While you may sometimes find a flight price that’s a little cheaper if you book direct with the airline, choosing an ATOL-protected flight-inclusive package with us brings added peace of mind and convenience. We manage the planning and coordination for you, carefully aligning flights with your tour itinerary and supporting you if plans change. It’s a straightforward, stress‑free way to start your journey, knowing the details are taken care of and you’re fully supported from the moment you depart.

Book your flights with us and your trip will be ATOL-protected for your peace of mind. This means your holiday, including the flights, accommodation and other services, are financially protected, should anything unexpected happen.

Hassle-free flight bookings

We'll save you the hassle of organising your own flights, making your holiday booking simple and straight-forward, and we'll do our best to find flights that suit your preferences. You can choose to pay extras (eg to choose a seat or upgrade) but our price will always get you and a checked piece of luggage there - there’s no obligation to pay any more add ons.

Assistance with delays or cancellations

We offer assistance should you encounter any delays or cancellations to your flights and we manage any changes from the airline that may affect you.

Your price is locked-in

When you book and pay the deposit for your trip and flights with us, the prices are locked-in. No fuel surcharges or price increases here.

Secure your tour booking early

If you book early, you may need to wait for the airline to put flights on sale. We'll let you know when flights become available, so you can decide whether to book them yourself or opt for us to book them for you. In the meantime, you can secure your place on the tour and pay your deposit with flexible booking options knowing we'll contact you to arrange your flights options.

Flights to suit you

We can arrange flights that suit your needs, so if you want to fly from a regional airport, or spend extra time in your destination before or after your tour, we can provide you with the best flight options.

Flight prices and options

On our website you'll only see the tour price - we don't give any flight costs as these vary depending on your preferences. But, just let us know in the checkout or when you call us if you'd like us to arrange your flights and we can look into your options and give you a quote.

If you book online, you'll be asked your preferred airport and any other flight preferences to help us provide a quote when we contact you. Booking online and paying a deposit means that your tour place will be secured in the meantime, and you have the option to book your flights (either yourself or through us) later if you prefer.

If you call to book then we can provide flight options over the phone during the booking process.

Our flights team is happy to give you a tailored quote based on a number of options. You are able to request any of the following:

Flights from convenient regional airports
Specific airlines or flight routes (e.g. direct routes)
Upgrades to premium economy or business class.

Once you've made your request(s) we will look up your flight options and give prices.

If you're arriving in your destination on day one of your tour we offer free airport transfers (conditions apply).

When you arrive, your tour welcome meeting will be in a convenient and central location, usually at your starting hotel or the airport.

Trip extensions

You have the option to extend your holiday to spend extra nights before our after your tour. If you choose to do this we can:

Offer and quote flights that accommodate your extension
Arrange additional nights in the hotels we use at the start/and or end of your tour
Pre-book private arrival and/or departure airport transfers.

Skip the flights, go by train

For some destinations, it may be possible to reach your tour by train instead of by flight. Slow down and take the time to see and watch the landscapes unfold through the window along your journey - a world away from the bustle of airports and security.
