Yes our website is secure. You can be assured that our secure servers protect your personal information during the booking process using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) advanced encryption and firewall technology, in addition any customer and financial data that needs to be stored will be in an encrypted format.
Ideally we do require your full passport information at the time of booking as a number of our tours require this to be able to confirm your reservation. If this is not possible, it is essential we receive your passport details as soon as possible after booking.
The prices shown are for guidance only. They represent the basic per-person cost of the tour, however as flight prices change constanly it's difficult to display availability and pricing on a live basis. On occassions the price may vary from the one that is being advertised. Please note that prices could go up as well as down, depening on your specific circumstances.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. A credit card fee of 1.52% is payable (£1.52 per £100) for all payments paid to Explore by credit card. We reserve the right to increase this charge if the card issuer’s charges to us increase. We will advise you if this happens before taking any payment by credit card. This fee does not apply if payment is made by debit card.
To secure a booking, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price, per person, (or full payment if booking within 60 days of the start of your tour) will be required. On occassions a higher deposit will be payable if any supplier(s) requires additional payment at the time of booking / prior to balance due date and you will be advised of this at the time of booking.
The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be received by no later than 60 days before the start of your tour. For certain tours, full payment must be received at an earlier stage before the start of your tour. You will be advised at the time of booking when this is the case.
A higher deposit will be payable if any supplier(s) requires additional payment at the time of booking / prior to balance due date. On occasions, full payment for a service such as your flights may be required at the time of booking.
Some airlne tickets are instant or advance purchase, meaning the airline requires instant payment. Often these tickets can be non refundable once they have been issued meaning there is no opportunity for a refund to be obtained in the event you cancel or change your tour. The rules and conditions of each ticket varies but if you are paying for one of these tickets we will make you aware of these rules at the time of booking.
