Travellers are encouraged to stay within their groups and follow tour guides closely when visiting popular sites, cities and rural areas for a fully immersive experience and should keep belongings safe and secure on long, active treks.

As some vaccines and preventative healthcare may be required in certain countries, all travellers are advised to consult with their GP at least six weeks prior to their trip to receive advice and arrange any necessary vaccinations or medication.
