- Having never visited the USA or Canada I was delighted to have the chance to go on this trip. The added bonus for me as a Red Sox supporter was ending up in Boston! The highlight for me was the time spent in Kejimkujik National park. The unspoilt natural beauty of the park was incredible, along with the sounds of the park, which were undisturbed by any man made noises! Spending time whale watching made me realise I really needed a new camera, as seeing these fantastic creatures up close is something I will never forget. Throughout the whole trip you get to see a wide range of areas, from the wilderness of Kejimkujik, the quaintness of Martha's Vineyard to the city of Boston, with it's modern buildings. The only downside was that it rained on the final full day in Boston, and I missed the Red Sox game, but that just gives me a good reason to return! The tour leader is both a driver and guide. Our tour leader fully integrated themselves into the group and became a member of the group rather that our leader. She was one of the best tour leaders I have had on a tour.
