What a wonderful experience. The support team are the best ever. Big thank you to Sanjay,Nashan,Raj,Pinto,Raju. The team take great care of you. Pinto is the expert when it comes to mechanical experience with the bikes. Raju is the back up for Pinto and the drive, Raj. Excellent driver. The whole team made the experience. Nothing to much trouble for any of them. Good team work from the all.
The highlight for me was when a small local boy at the Pushkar show did magic for the group then we gave him
Some money and he skipped away with a beaming face, magical.
Riding through the country side. Meeting local people. Eating samosas along the way.
An amazing experience made even better by the Local support Team.
Great adventure

It was an adventure. Udapuir, Jaipur. Pushkar fair. All amazing. Accommodation is amazing.
Tips. Take gel seat/cycling shorts. Plenty of padding for the bumpy roads.
Very dusty most people ended up with coughs.
Not that much time for shopping so do it in Jaipur.
Enjoy it's an amazing trip with a wonderful support team.

Although this trip includes the most famous sights of India - Taj Mahal, Amber Palace etc. and they truly are impressive - the real highlights are the Pushkar fair (just amazing), the game drives (and yes you do see tigers!) and the less well known temples and palaces.

Much of the time is spent cycling through the back roads of Rajasthan, on relatively traffic free routes (not counting the cows, goats, buffaloes, occasional pig and peacock) experiencing rural Rajasthan. The landscape varies constantly and the villagers are welcoming and genuinely interested in the group and the bikes.

The cycling is mostly flat, good distances covered and with only one day involving any hill climbing. And if this is not to your taste, there is an air conditioned bus to take you to the summits. The temperatures in the day were in the 22° - 30° range but with very little humidity, making for very pleasant pedalling. It can get cool in the evenings so a fleece is essential.

And the food is superb.
