I'm an art lover and this was a great way to experience the landscapes of Italian Renaissance painting. It was a thrill to ride past Duccio's house in Siena. My hotel rooom in Siena had stupendous views - like sleeping in a Lorenzetti painting. She was very organized and helpful, even going so far as to retrieve my luggage from the airport after the airline had lost it. She also chose great hotels, restaurants and wine tastings. I also enjoyed the picnics she created!

The views, the food and wine, the freedom of getting away from daily life, the care and attention from the leaders, the exercise but which at times was very strenuous. As for tips, be sure to have done plenty of training beforehand, as the Tuscan hills are long and steep and punishing. The trip is graded 'moderate', but I found it challenging. I will check more carefully about classification of future trips!

Good quality bikes. Guides very in touch with places and people we visited. Loved scenary and the stay at farm. Be prepared for long hills. Nice to have day off cycling to explore and shop.

Everything!! It was amazing. It was challenging but so enjoyable. The guides looked after us well, each day briefing us on what to expect along the way, as well the sights, and history.
The food in Italy is fabulous. I really enjoyed the farm stay. The scenery in Tuscany is amazing. Looking out across the landscape and seeing the Midevil cities high on so many hilltops was so amazing. And then riding up these hills and stepping back in time as we entered through the walls of these cities was most memorable!
One of the best trios I've ever taken !!
