What was the highlight or most memorable moment of your tour?

The mud baths in Nha Trang were wonderful. Chose the communal baths which were just as good as a private one and a lot cheaper.

Really enjoyed the bike rides in Hoi An and Mai Chau, particularly visiting local houses in Hoi An and seeing the local skills.

Boat/snorkelling trip from Nha Trang was excellent.Wonderful food throughout Vietnam.Overnight trains a good laugh but of varying quality. Ear plugs useful to muffle noisy 'clanking' of trains and snoring of fellow passengers!

This is an excellent holiday with many varied locations. You do cram a lot in!

Our Response

I have rasied your concern about Sapa hotel to our Operations Manager as we do not usually receive negative feedback about this accommodation.

We are hoping to visit the Museums in Hanoi on a different day; however there are still other museums open on a Monday such as History and The Hilton Museum.

An amazing trip, full of colour and contrasts, encompassing a little bit of everything! The cities are manic and the chaotic traffic has to be seen (and heard!) to be believed. The war remnants are horrific and sobering, yet fascinating. The beaches are gorgeous, and the cruise around the islands of Halong Bay absolutely stunning. There are boat trips, bike rides, dancing and mystical temples. The food is delicious and extremely cheap. Travelling by overnight train was great fun, and maximized the opportunity to see and do even more during the day. The hilltribe extension was like stepping back in time. Gorgeous scenery, friendly locals in amazing clothes, great trekking and staying in stilt houses. Tip: If you want to have clothes made in Hoi An, take a picture of your dream outfit from a magazine – you won’t be disappointed!
