Colby, Isle of Man
Such an amazing trip!! So well organised and when an activity was affected by weather, the team leaders went out of their way to give us all alternative places to go ashore or cruise around in the zodiacs.

Kathleen

This was a superb trip. The ship was very comfortable and scrupulously clean; the food was excellent; the crew were lovely and very helpful; and safety in these extreme conditions was paramount. The expedition staff were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional, which meant the lectures were fascinating and really added to one's understanding and enjoyment of the history of the region, the wildlife and the transcendently beautiful scenery. The expedition leader was absolutely terrific: his careful planning and resourcefulness meant that every day brought new highlights with it and was better than the previous one. Highlights include the starkly beautiful South Orkneys; being surrounded by penguins in Fortuna Bay (South Georgia); and, of course, the Antarctic itself, the beauty of which is beyond words.
