On this journey from Bangalore to Kochi we try our hand at making Tibetan steamed momos, learn about foods role in an ayuverdic lifestyle and buy the mornings catch direct from Kochi's fisherman. We also explore Mysore's Devaraj market with Hema Nandi, a member of Mysore's Royal Family before learning some of her family's traditional recipes.

  • Madikeri - Visit the Tibetan settlement of Bylekuppa and enjoy the traditional flavours of the fertile highlands of the Coorg region
  • Mysore - Explore the market and enjoy dinner with Mysore royalty
  • Madurai - Visit the famous Meenakshi Temple. Pay a visit to Chettinad, famed for its spicy cuisine
  • The Western Ghats - Stunning scenery and aromatic spices.
