Maidstone
A truly memorable trip, with such a wide variety of experiences. We travelled with three boys (ages 10, 8 and 5) and all came away buzzing about what they had done. The trip may say "Relaxed" pace, but you will certainly not be bored. Particular highlights were the tuk tuk rides, Muay Thai boxing training in Bangkok, the Night Jungle Safari hunting tarantulas, exploring the islands of Koh Talabeng and Koh Phee, by sea kayak and rubber-tyre ladder respectively, and above all the island of Koh Ngai; which was, quite simply, what you always dreamed a tropical island would look like. Nui our Tour Leader was really good - everything quietly and efficiently organised, and handed to us on a plate. Accommodation fine, although it would have been nice to have not been quite so far up the hill at Koh Ngai. One tip? Beware the April sun in Thailand and take at least twice as much sun cream as you think you could possibly need.
