We are aware of British Airways’ planned strikes in September and are currently reviewing bookings and contacting affected passengers. You may have been contacted by British Airways directly to update you on your flight status. Please be assured that Explore have also been notified and will proactively call affected passengers over the next few days as we get all the notifications through.
We have also been informed that BA have incorrectly advised some passengers that their flight is affected when it isn’t. If you want to check the current status of your booking you can check the BA website - https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/home#/
Unfortunately, working through this will take a few days but we will reach everyone that is affected and give each of you the time needed to find a resolution.

Jet Airways has temporarily suspended operations, and all international flights have been cancelled. For customers due to travel with Jet Airways on flight-inclusive trips with Explore, we will be booking alternative flights for you. Our Customer Service Team will contact you directly to discuss alternative flights and will answer any concerns you may have about your forthcoming holiday. We are contacting all affected passengers according to their departure date, prioritising those travelling soonest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
